The Data Controller processes contact data of customers, suppliers, and commercial partners, specifically:

  • First name and last name;
  • Job title or corporate function;
  • Corporate e-mail address;
  • Landline and/or mobile phone numbers;
  • Other professional contact details.

These data refer exclusively to natural persons (data subjects) operating within the organizations of customers or suppliers.

Contact data are processed for the following purposes:

  1. Management of commercial and contractual relationships;
  2. Operational, administrative, and organizational communications;
  3. Performance of pre-contractual and contractual obligations;
  4. Management of requested services and support activities;
  5. Compliance with legal obligations.
  1. LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING

The processing is lawful as it is:

  • Necessary for the performance of a contract or the implementation of pre-contractual measures;
  • Necessary for compliance with a legal obligation;
  • Based on the legitimate interest of the Controller in the management of B2B commercial relationships.
  1. PROCESSING METHODS

The processing is carried out in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, and data minimization, using both paper-based and IT tools, and adopting adequate security measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the data. Authorized personnel have been properly instructed on the correct use of contact information.

  1. COMMUNICATION AND DISCLOSURE OF DATA

The data:

  • Shall not be disseminated;
  • May be communicated only to internal or external parties strictly necessary for the management of the relationship (e.g., consultants, providers of technical or administrative services);
  • Are not transferred to third Countries outside the European Union.
