The Management, in order to insure a continual
improvement in services for the Customer, has
established the following guide lines:
Continual research for maximum harmonization
between all the departments of the organization
as a constant company activity;
Tendency to reach primary aims such as the reduction
of waste in production as well as the improvement
of working conditions and environmental impact;
Improvement in working techniques and services
for the clientele through the reduction of unnecessary
activities, towards a continually higher level
of efficacy and efficiency;
In the first place comes Man, in particular his
participation and responsibilities
It is therefore necessary to make him aware of
his particular competences and where to focalise
his time and energy;
Team work and the involvement of all the personnel,
at all levels, is encouraged by the management
and must be carried out and diffused everywhere
in the Company;
Suppliers are an integral part of the productive
wealth of the company, therefore the quality aims
are reciprocal and must not be in contrast but
must become inter-dependent;
It is necessary to monitor all the processes of
the quality managing system ( through constant
updating of the index of quality on the part of
the respective managers) to demonstrate capacity
to obtain the results planned, finalizing each
activity to meet the prefixed aims.
