The company attained
the first certification of quality according
to the regulation UNI EN ISO 9002:1994
in 1998, formalizing procedure and running
to guarantee the quality in the making
as well as the conformity of the product
to the requests of the Customer.
Subsequently
it has introduced a System of
Quality Management for which it
has attained the certification
for the new standards UNI EN ISO
9001:2000 (May 2003).
This is because it has understood
the importance of the new standards
based on the effective and efficient
individualisation and execution
of all those processes that occur
in a company for the realization
of the final product.
Such management system has as a fundamental
objective: to guarantee the requests
of the Customer aiming at anticipating
and exceeding the expectations as
well as favouring a process of continual
improvement, making the best use of
its human resources and technology.
